Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days including holidays, unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped the following business day excluding holidays where shipping carrier companies are closed. For example: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on Friday will be shipped on Monday or the next non-holiday and available business day. 

For all sticker or flat orders, it will be shipped using letter envelope, if you would like an extra protection and tracking, please upgrade the shipping method. For all non-sticker and flat orders, it will be shipped using a box with tracking. 

For all international orders, orders may take up to 2-3 weeks and during the holiday season can increase to 3-5 weeks. Please note some products require a higher shipping price due to the box size and weight.
